Meet Dr. Quick
Robert ‘Bob’ Quick received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1981 from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. During his senior year of optometry school, Dr. Quick completed an externship at the Indian Health Service Hospital in Crownpoint, New Mexico. He fell in love with northern New Mexico and southern Colorado and decided to move west. Dr. Quick established his first private optometry practice in Santa Fe in the fall of 1981. He moved his practice to Albuquerque in the mid 1980’s and also traveled the state of New Mexico providing much needed services to citizens of rural areas. Having resided in the East Mountains for almost 25 years, Dr. Quick is committed to providing quality eye care in our rural mountain community. He has extensive experience in family eye care, including treatment of eye diseases, eye surgery co-management, diabetic exams, and contact lens fittings.
