We accept a wide variety of medical insurances and vision plans. Some insurances only pay for routine services such as vision exams, refractions, glasses, and contact lenses. Other insurances only pay if you are suffering from a medical problem such as an eye infection or a cataract. Medical policies usually do not pay for routine vision exams or optical goods, such as glasses or contact lenses. Often patients come in for routine services and present with a medical problem. \u00a0We will bill the appropriate insurance depending on the primary complaint or condition found.<\/p>\n
It is possible that we may accept your routine vision coverage but not your medical coverage. The opposite may be true. If this is the case, you may be charged if you have a medical condition and we do not accept your medical insurance. Our staff is trained to help you with insurance questions you may have to help you determine the amount of coverage, the best use of your benefits, and questions relating to how your claim is filed. Questions about your participation or coverage in the plan should be directed to the human resources department of your employer or the insurance company.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
